Poor to zero communication from my agent for my commercial general liability insurance. I run a small local business and have had my policies dropped twice by this company with no oversight from my agent. The first time my card was compromised and since my bill was on autopay, when I cancelled the card and updated with my new card, I was dropped from autopay but never received any notice until my policy had been cancelled for failure to pay. I was without coverage for a month before they corrected the issue. Second time I was told out of the blue that at the expiration of my policy (two months from this notice) that Turner was not renewing the policy as the insurance carrier did not cover short term rental management; however I provided to my agent a list of properties that included several that were detailed as short term rentals when I initially applied for a quote. My agent did say she would help me find another company to take up my policy, and my policy quote went from $348/year to $7500/year. Ridiculous! It also took months before I finally received quotes for other insurance I requested and in one instance for requesting professional liability, I filled out an application but never received a quote despite several follow up emails and phone calls. Poor performance and communication all around; would not recommend.
